Welcome to Travelo Dreams.
By accessing our services, making a booking, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking and Confirmation All bookings must be made through authorized Travelo Dreams channels (website, phone, or email). A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and a confirmation email is issued. Travelo Dreams reserves the right to accept or reject bookings at its sole discretion.

2. Payments A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Final payments must be made by the specified due date provided in the invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and other options as communicated. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be made in writing to info@travelodreams.com. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period and terms of third-party providers: More than 30 days before travel: 70โ€“80% refund 15โ€“30 days before travel: Up to 50% refund Less than 15 days before travel: No refund Some services (e.g., flights, hotel deals, or promotional bookings) may be non-refundable.

4. Amendments and Changes Any changes to a confirmed booking (e.g., travel dates, names, or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Travelo Dreams does not guarantee that changes can be made after confirmation.

5. Agency Role and Liability Travelo Dreams acts only as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Customers are advised to purchase adequate travel insurance.

6. Travel Requirements It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure that they meet all visa, passport, vaccination, and other entry requirements for their destination. Travelo Dreams is not responsible for any travel disruptions due to documentation issues.

7. Force Majeure Travelo Dreams shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Complaints and Disputes Any complaints should be reported as soon as possible during travel to allow us to assist promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of your return to info@travelodreams.com. All disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelo Dreams operates.

9. Privacy and Data Protection We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for processing bookings and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required to fulfill your booking or by law. (See our Privacy Policy for more details.)
